Gwen's early aspirations of tightrope walking were dashed when she fell while doing a balancing act on her parents' fence. Fortunately, she moved to NYC shortly thereafter (give or take 18 years), and has been writing, acting, and flirting with dance ever since.
Originally from the Midwest, she attended Vassar College where she earned a BA with honors in Drama. She has also studied classical acting at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts, and improv at Second City Chicago and the Upright Citizen's Brigade theatre here in New York. She has worked with Berkshire Theatre Festival, Lifetime TV, The Biography Channel, Theatre of the Expendable, and Tenure Track Productions, among other companies.
She has no idea why she is writing this in the third person.
